The Borough Council of Calderdale invites you to submit a Quote for District Dental Epidemiology Service to deliver annual dental epidemiological surveys in line with the requirements of the National Dental Public Health Epidemiology Programme (DPHEP). The Provider will deliver the programme across Calderdale, Kirklees and Wakefield local authorities (Local Authorities) and the minimum sample size for each Local Authority as directed by the national programme will be required.
