Supply of Meal Vouchers to the British Embassy Lisbon staff. Under Portuguese labour law the Embassy is obliged to provide Country Based staff a monthly meal allowance. The allowance is paid through a pre-paid electronic card that permits the use of the allowance with suppliers linked to the food area (supermarkets and restaurants). An initial contract period is for 2 years with 3 optional extensions of 12 months subject to a mutual agreement.
