Hightown are looking to tender for specialist contractor to undertake full technical investigations on the external wall systems at various low rise blocks of residential flats. Hightown are wanting the same level of investigation as would be under taken as a EWS1 but we are not wishing at this stage to move to a EWS1. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
