City of Wolverhampton Council (CWC) have a regular requirement for carriageway resurfacing works to ensure that Council highways are maintained and kept in a good condition. Due to the restrictive nature of the market, CWC intends to award a number of schemes via the regional framework put in place by Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council (DMBC)
