Notice Description
As part of a management company review you have been invited to take part in a Further Competition to undertake the management of the estate (as per the accompanying specification) including planned and reactive maintenance on behalf of the residents of Richemont Close, Richmond. The form of contract shall be the as per the members standard terms and conditions subject to our approval. A draft copy of which shall be provided as part of the tender documentation.
