IMPORTANT PLEASE READ This RFQ for for 10 machines only Ankle & Toe Pressure Kit ATP Kit Includes: * High Sensitivity Rechargeable Dopplex DMXR * New EZ8XS Widebeam 8MHz Probe * APPG Probe & adaptor * Neuropen & tips * Aneroid Sphygmomanometer * Standard Arm/ Ankle Cuff * Large Arm/ Ankle Cuff * 2 Toe cuffs * CD Containing: Application Notes, Clinical Paper by Kath Vowden, 2 Educational Videos, Advanced Training Presentation * User Manual * Packed in a Large Carry Pouch 3 Year warranty NELFT, BEH and C&I Procurement Shared Service requests offers for the provision of the above goods based on a fixed 12 month offer. Please clearly state your offered product's unit of measure and ensure you accompany your offer with a per item price. Offers for alternative products should be clearly stated, and any relevant specifications and information should accompany those variant offers.
