Electronic Rostering (Blood donation)
Notice Description
The current rostering process in Blood Donation has not kept pace with the technical advances available and used widely across the wider NHS. As a result of this, staff use spreadsheet to manage their rostering processes, which is open to error, inconsistency and a lack of accountability. The delivery of a solution to the current manual process to bring in line with current NHSBT 2020 Strategy.
