The proposed procurement will take into account statutory duties as detailed in the Care Act as well as aspirations to enhance the service through for example better use of technology and commissioning on outcomes The Council will seek to work with suitably experienced and innovative providers to help transform and improve care and support services and meet the need for home care services within the current national and local context. At this stage, the Council would like to invite and meet with interested partners to share in our proposed plan.
