Bolsover District Council invites suitably experienced organisations to tender for the creation, organisation, implementation and management of a range of events and activities programme to welcome back visitors to the town centre following its reopening after national lockdown. Additional information: The Authority is using the In-tend e-tendering portal to conduct the procurement process ('the e-Tendering Portal').
