TfL 94458 Freight Training Delivery

Notice Description

* To deliver DVSA approved periodic training; FORS Professional training, specifically (but not limited to) SafeUrban Driving (SUD) to help achieve vision zero as detailed in the Mayors Transport Strategy (MTS) and otherindustry training to help meet wider TfL policy priorities. * Suppliers must be able to use any JAUPT Approved training venue within the M25 (inner and outer London) attheir cost * Provide and facilitate training/courses (as specified) to be delivered on a JAUPT approved training centre ora JAUPT approved Suppliers site, the Supplier shall provide all resources and equipment required to supportboth the theoretical and practical aspects to deliver SUD and Van Smart (VS) training. All costs of the provisionof all such resources and equipment shall be deemed to be included within the training/course rates quoted inthe Supplier's response to this invitation to tender. This requirement has been advertised on TED. TED is the European Unions' database for public procurement. It can be accessed through this link: http://ted.europa.eu/. under the reference of 2019/S 050-115284. The Expression of interest is via The procurement process is being carried out electronically via the TfL's eTendering portal: ProContract from ProActis, "the Portal". Additional information: This procurement is for the award of a framework agreement for the Provision of the Freight training - Delivery. This will be conducted under Directive 2014/24/EU (public) and in accordance with the "Light Touch Regime" set out in Regulations 74 to 77 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015). Bidders must note that the selected Training provider(s) will have or have access to JAUPT approved facilities or providing training with or within a reasonable distance of the M25.
