The purpose of the Service is to provide a transparent, equitable and systematic methodology in the assessment of a Disabled Person's Freedom Pass, Discretionary Freedom Pass, Blue Badge and Taxicard schemes for both existing Service Users and new Applicants resident in the Authority's area.
