Notice Description

This ENABLING CONTRACT will allow the MOD and, potentially, other Government Departments (OGDs) to call upon the services of a Supplier to deliver English Language training (ELT) to self-funding and UK sponsored international military personnel and civilian officials. ELT in support of Defence Engagement is demand-led; therefore, the requirement may vary, depending on demand. The Supplier is to maintain the capability throughout the contract to encompass existing and future ELT requirements to enable the MOD to provide a coordinated approach to the delivery of ELT as required through DCLC.
