Investment Works Framework
Notice Description
The authority seeks to establish a multi-supplier, multi-lot framework for the provision of investment works and services, for its members and other Public Sector Contracting Bodies within the North East, Cumbria and North Yorkshire. The framework is split into eight lots: Lot 1: Plumbing and heating, Lot 2: Kitchens, Lot 3: Electrical, Lot 4: Roofing, Lot 5: Painting and decorating, Lot 6: Windows and doors, Lot 7: Damp and mould Lot 8: Complete services The authority seeks to appoint up to 8 suitably qualified Contractors per Lot Bidders must be able to cover work across the entire geographical area of Cumbria , North Yorkshire and the North East. Additional information: We use the ProContract Portal for tendering. https://procontract.due-north.com/register Too access tender documents 1) Click Find Opportunities 2) On Left hand side use the dropdown under Organisations and select PROSPER 3) The current opportunities available will be displayed. 4) Click the title of the tender you are interested in. 5) Details of the opportunity are displayed. Click 'Login and Register interest in this opportunity' 6) You will be able to access the tender and tender documentation.
