The service will: * Respond quickly to residents changing needs * Provide unplanned care as and when required in addition to planned care * Provide an emergency response The service will support individuals to have as much choice and control of their lives as possible, and to maximise their skills within their capabilities. The accommodation for the service is newly built and is owned by People For Places Living Plus. The accommodation comprises 54 self-contained flats of mixed tenure, 17 being for shared ownership and 37 being for rent. The rental accommodation will be leased to residents by Places for People Living Plus, a Registered Provider of Social Housing.
