Notice Description

The Royal Borough of Greenwich is seeking to tender for Motor Insurance (with claims handling) including Uninsured Loss Recovery and Legal Expenses. The Contract will commence from 1st April 2023 till 31st March 2026 with an initial duration for 36 months and the option to extend for a further 2 periods of 12 months (3+1+1). Additional information: Full details relating to the Services are provided in the tender documents. To participate, Suppliers will need to register as a Supplier with ProContract before obtaining access to the tender documents. https://procontract.due-north.com/Opportunities/Index?resetFilter=True&applyFilter=True&p=2241eb95-058a-e511-80f7-000c29c9ba21&v=1 In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team ProContractSuppliers@proactis.com Tender Responses are required to be submitted no later than 5:00pm on the 25th November 2022, UK Local time via ProContract tender portal. If you require any clarifications on the tender documents, please submit these in writing via Messaging in the London Tendering portal, including the project reference and title clearly in the Subject title, 5:00pm on the 14th November 2022 UK Local time. The Councils responses to these clarification questions will be issued periodically via Messaging in ProContract tender portal. Please note that this project has been advertised on the Council's website, however, supplying the London Tender portal is the only portal that includes all the relevant documents required to respond to this opportunity, bearing Project Id:DN639123. No Tender submissions will be considered without completing the tender documents in full including attachments and returning them in alignment with the instructions within the tender documents.
