The Council is looking to carry out a procurement process for the roofing renewal across its portfolio of 165 properties and the anticipated value is between PS525K to PS565K. A new opportunity Notice Form will be published in the coming months and the Council is keen to see if there are suppliers who are interested in this opportunity.
