Help2Change want to procure computer software, to run across 43 GP practices in Shropshire and in community locations, to aid in performing NHS Health Checks, and to perform reporting of aggregated, non-identifiable data.The system must be available for call off under GPSoC lot 1 for GP practice based elements (or have commenced assurance activities under GPSoC lot 1). Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
