Notice Description
Construct external wall linings, internal partitions and ceilings. Supply and install new internal water supply, sanitaryware, drainage, and finishes. All to create Accessible WC, Kitchenette and Electrical Services cupboard. Linings, skim coat and decoration to all new rooms and main Commercial space. As Principal Contractor co-ordinate programme to allow for electrical and fire system installations by others- directly appointed by West Suffolk Council.
