The CPS' shared Procurement & Commercial Service acting on behalf of the Government Legal Department (GLD) sought quotations from suppliers under the terms of Crown Commercial Services framework RM3717 for electronic disclosure and hard copy services to provide the services that meets the Department's requirements. This matter related to an eDisclosure exercise to provide pre-action advice to the Department for Education (DfE) pursuant to s128 of the Education and Skills Act 2008.
