This work aims to further the NGOs understanding of barriers to speaking up, which aligns with the 'champion and support workers to speak up' arm of our strategic framework (2021 - 2026). The Contract is awarded for an initial 4.5 months with the option to extend for up to 3 months. Total Awarded Value is the maximum of all charges including all optional extensions. Ref: CQC NGO 012
