The mechanical services shall include the following: 1) Strip out and enabling works. 2) Gas Installation. 3) LTHW Heating Installation. 4) Building Management and Controls systems. 5) Thermal Insulation. 6) Testing and Commissioning. 7) Providing all design drawings and design calculations for comments.
