Notice Title
GB-London: Evaluation of Developing Your Creative Practice (DYCP)
Notice Description
NOTE: This notice was updated on 07 September 2021 for the following reason: This tender is being aborted and a new tender will be issued.(Arts Council England are seeking an independent evaluator to conduct a process and impact evaluation of the Developing Your Creative Practice (DYCP) programme. DYCP is one of Arts Council's main investment programmes supporting the cultural sector. The programme supports the development of independent cultural and creative practioners, giving individuals the opportunity to take a dedicated period of time to focus on their own cultural and creative development and take them to the next stage in their practice. The evaluation will provide insight and evidence of the impact of DYCP on individuals through past funding rounds and shape the programme in the future. On the LIF evaluation, apologies for not updating you sooner. This is still in progress as we are having a lot of back and forth with DCMS on how to proceed but at the minute it does look like we will be commissioning on the full budget (whether this will be PS100k is to be agreed) with a break clause dependent on the outcome of the Spending Review expected later this year. We have a meting with DCMS in a couple of weeks so I'm hoping we will finally all come to an agreement on the way forward and can properly update you and start to make progress with the procurement.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
