Notice Description

The Council are seeking a quotation for alterations and refurbishment to The Old Village Hall, Old Street, Clevedon. The project is to create a new entrance at the rear which will need to be wheelchair accessible. To install a gate at the front of the property where it meets the public highway. To erect a glass canopy across the side alley of the Village Hall building and to alter the toilet facilities by creating a unisex arrangement and disabled conveniences. Details of application and to view the property please contact Clevedon Town Council. The successful applicant will be expected to follow through with the undertaking of the building works and project management.
