Variation to be used to provide additional support to underrepresented groups, which has been identified in previous years as a gap in the support offered to clinical entrepreneurs. The variation is for £85,000 and amounts to a 6% change to the original contract value and NHSE are relying on the safe harbour in Regulation 72(1)(b) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 for this variation.
