Notice Description

In 2019, Liverpool City Council (LCC) completed the acquisition of 14 homes on Park Street, Dingle. These properties were subsequently acquired by the Council's wholly owned Housing Company, Liverpool Foundation Homes (LFH), and have been let on a Rent to Buy basis. LFH is seeking a Registered Provider of Social Housing to act as an agent to provide a housing management service for these homes. The procurement of this service is being managed by LCC on behalf of LFH.
