Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (NUH) provides services to over 2.5 million residents of Nottingham and its surrounding communities. NUH also provides specialist services for a further 3-4 million people from across the East Midlands Region. NUH is one of the largest employers in the region, employing around 13,000 people at the Queens Medical Centre (QMC), Nottingham City Hospital and Ropewalk House. QMC is NUH's emergency care site, where its Emergency Department (A&E), the East Midlands Major Trauma Centre and Nottingham Children's Hospital are located Nottingham City Hospital is NUH's planned care site, where its Cancer Centre,Heart Centre and Stroke services are based Ropewalk House is where NUH provides a range of outpatient services, including hearing services. Nottingham University Hospitals NHS trust requires a point-to-point connection service provider. All quotations are to be sourced from Lot 1 of the CCS Network Services products framework agreement (RM3808). Nottingham University Hospitals (NUH) NHS Trust is looking for a provider to supply two point-to-point connections services for a 3 year period: Uncontended symmetrical 40Gb/s point-to-point connectivity with LC single-mode fibre presentation to the Trust's network between WD4 Telecomms Frame Room, QMC, NG7 2UH and B008 Heathfield House Comms Room, NCH, NG5 1PB. Uncontended symmetrical 40Gb/s point-to-point connectivity with LC single-mode fibre presentation to the Trust's network between Curie Court Comms Room, QMC, NG7 2UH and B088 Telecomms Frame Room, NCH, NG5 1PB
