The objectives of the procurement are: * To appoint an academic partner who has expertise in developing and/or researching accommodation for people with dementia including a good level of understanding of the needs of people living with dementia. * To have a partner who can work with the Council to achieve an increase of accommodation that is good quality, sustainable and meets both our organisational objectives including specific local need. https://resources.leicestershire.gov.uk/building-accommodation The Council is seeking a partner to achieve the following: * A partner who brings innovation and new ways of thinking to the Council alongside a proven track record of delivery. * A partner who will review the current approach to the Specialist Dementia Facility and add value to this.
