Summary of the contracting process

Sheffield City Council is currently seeking a Multi-disciplinary Professional Services Capital Delivery Partner for its Capital Programme Delivery from 2021 to 2025. This flexible multi-discipline support will cover the Core Services of Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Structural/Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Surveying and Landscape Architecture, in addition to any other Non-core services that may be required. The procurement will be through the YORconsult2 Framework.
