To provide an 'on-demand' service to BCP Revenues & Benefits Services and Social Services Assessments. This includes processing new claims and change in circumstances and dealing with over-payments for Housing Benefit and Council Tax support claims. The contract starts on 01 April 2021 and ends on 31 March 2022, there are no available extensions.
