Southend-on-Sea Drug & Alcohol Early Intervention, Treatment & Recovery System
Notice Description
Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is reshaping the current drug and alcohol treatment and recovery support services available across the borough and are inviting expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified service providers capable of providing an outcome-focussed prevention, early intervention, treatment and recovery substance misuse system. The Council is seeking to procure, for individuals aged 18 and over, a complementary range of early intervention, treatment and recovery system lots, which will work together as an effective outcome-focused substance misuse system that encourages, supports and empowers individuals to take responsibility and control of their lives.
