Notice Description
The Beresford Centre is a mixed-use Business Centre. There are 21 workshop units and 8 offices. Four workshop units are allocated for motor trade use, excluding vehicle sales. The property is situated approximately 2 miles from the Town Centre, a few minutes' drive from the ring road. Junction 6 of the M3 is approximately 5 minutes by car and the main line railway station is approximately 2 miles away. The proposed works are for the removal and replacement of the existing roof covering to the Beresford Centre and associated building and related structural works. The property address is: The Beresford Centre, Wade Road, Basingstoke, RG24 8FA. Works are to be carried out as per the specification included in thei tender documents.
