Notice Description

The scope of the works comprises the construction of a single storey extension to provide a bedroom and accessible wet room together with a link corridor to the existing kitchen doorway. The works are to be funded by a Disabled Facilities Grant from North Somerset Council for the benefit of a disabled child. The works are all shown and described in the Specification and the Drawings. Also included will be the formation of additional car parking and associated site work and accommodation works. The works do not include the demolition and removal of the Garage and any works to the Store room. This work is to be undertaken by the Tenant and will not form part of the contract. The works are to be commenced and completed within 16 weeks. The actual commencement date and date for completion are to be agree prior to letting the contract in consultation with the Tenant and North Somerset Council.
