Notice Description

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Derbyshire wishes to establish a multiple Providers framework Contract for the provision of Construction related Consultancy services. The Lead Contracting Body is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the "Regulations"). This Contract is being procured under the Open procedure. The contract resulting from this tender will run for a period of three years commencing 7th January 2020 with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12 months, a maximum of 5 years, subject to satisfactory performance.
