Thirteen Housing Group (THG) is inviting tenders from contractors for the refurbishment of 43 & 45 Doncaster Crescent, Ragworth, Stockton. The project includes the following: * Removal and disposal of Kitchen, Bathroom and Heating Systems. * Removal of redundant Fire Safety Systems. * Re-wire of properties, subject to testing. * Installation of Kitchen, Bathroom and Heating Systems as described in attached schedules. * General refurbishment works in attached schedules.
