Notice Description
Award notice for: Nucleic Acid Extraction Robot Fully automated Nucleic acid extraction robot capable of extraction and purification of RNA from human liquid, stool and tissue samples. Capable of high throughput using 96 well format and using silica membrane technology. Capable of handling between 24 and 96 samples in increments of 8 samples. Including 8 channel pipette head with automatic updating of tips throughout the run. Provided with necessary software to allow fully automated operation. To include 1 year warranty. PCR Set-up Robot - Polymerase Chain Reaction Set-up Robot Fully automated system to allow high throughout preparation of nucleic acid extracts for introduction into Agilent Polymerase Chain reaction analysers. Complete with HEPA and UV containment. Including necessary computer and software to operate automatically. Capable of 96 number batches for set up. Capable of operating between sample volumes of 10 - 200 microliters. Compatible with filter pipette tips using a single channel pipette. Liquid level sensing using 50 and 200 microliter conductive filter tips. To include 1 year warranty.
