The Council has prepared two market engagement questionnaires to explore and better understand the operational issues and working practices surrounding each scheme. This market engagement exercise has also been published to the South East Shared Services Portal: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sesharedservices/aspx/ProjectManage/16639 Please submit responses to the questionnaire to esph@wealden.gov.uk by 31st October 2017. This is not a call for competition at this stage.
