The complete remediation treatment of Japanese Knotweed and the eradication is to be guaranteed by an assignable 20 year Warranty. The process is to be undertaken in accordance with suitable guidelines and following regulations, Acts and publications. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
