Notice Description

The Council requires suitably qualified and experienced organisation to undertake a study in partnership with the North Tyneside Business Forum, their private sector led management group and 1,500 members to assess the demand for business support services post March 2022. This study will act as a scoping, review and analysis exercise, allowing NTC to use the information attained in the study to target resource quickly and effectively as funding becomes available. As a minimum the study must include the following data; 1. Assess and present the current services provided and delivery mechanisms 2. Market Segmentation: 3. Opportunities to deliver any improvements to services 4. Provide an overview of future demand and suggested supply models including timelines and required budget for each project 5. Recommendations on service delivery and engagement. The study will be used to inform and shape the future business support offer in North Tyneside and should be fit for purpose and identify ways to provide a great service that also provides good value for money.
