Notice Description

Trinity House wish to identify a contractor to provide operator services for the Visitor Centre at South Stack Lighthouse. This service will not include Lighthouse Attendant duties, but will focus on managing and developing the tourism side of operations of the Visitor Centre, including customer service, accounting activities, and sourcing and running a team of staff to fulfil the operational requirements. It is intended that this tender process will result in a contract for a duration of three years for the provision of these services, with an option to extend for two separate and additional 12 month periods, forming a three year, plus optional one plus one year contract.
