Heritage Consulting Services - Southlands Art Centre, West Drayton
Notice Description
The London Borough of Hillingdon (the Council) seeks to appoint the services of a fully qualified and experienced heritage consultant to identify the required repairs to a Grade 11* Listed Building, to produce a specification for the required repairs, to assist with the tendering of the requirements and to monitor and check the standards of the works that are subsequently carried out. Additional information: The quotations for these services are being sought through the Council's e-tendering portal, www.capitalesourcing.com. The tender documentation is only available for download from the portal. Quotations received will be evaluated on the basis of 80% Price and 20% Quality as set out in the Council's tender documentation.
