The City of London Corporation (COL) requires the provision of services for the commercial offices premises above Smithfield Market, and more specifically on Lindsey Street and East Poultry Avenue, London EC1. The commercial offices comprise approximately 105,000 sq ft arranged over two floors and currently produce an annual rental income of circa PS2.5 million exclusive from 14 commercial tenancies.
