Tender and Contract Opportunity for Provision for Safe Housing and Outreach for Victim's of Modern Slavery
Notice Description
The Salvation Army ("TSA") is a prime contractor for the Government's Modern Slavery Victim Care Contract (MSVCC) which supports adult survivors referred from England and Wales. As well as allowing TSA to expand support available to survivors of Modern Slavery, the Contract formalises processes and systems which TSA and its Subcontractors have worked hard to establish in recent years. To support TSA deliver high-quality service on the Modern Slavery Victim Care Contract, we are looking to on-board additional Service Providers (Subcontractors) who can support us to continuously improve performance, maintain standards, and deliver best practices. We are interested in hearing from you, if you can provide; * Accommodation, support and/or outreach support services to adult victims of modern slavery and their dependents in England and Wales; * Victim support obligations under ECAT, the Directive and the Modern Slavery Act 2015; * Services to ensure that survivors of modern slavery are lifted out of exploitative and coercive situations; * a short period of intensive tailored support and specialist care to help survivors of modern slavery to recover from their exploitation; and * Initial safety and impact assessment regarding what happens next to survivors of modern slavery, when they begin to rebuild their lives in context of increased resilience against future exploitation. The Service Provider must follow relevant best practice standards in the management of its business and adhere to the principles of the following accreditations; ISO 9001 Quality Assurance; ISO 14001 Environmental Management; BS18001 Health and Safety Assurance or ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management; ISO/IEC 27001 IT Security; and ISO 22301 Business Continuity We very much welcome interests from SME and Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) Organisations To express your interest in this Tender and Contract Opportunity, please contact: Sam Fikouhi Category Manager Procurement E-mail: sam.fikouhi@salvationarmy.org.uk
