Notice Description

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust are inviting expressions of interest (EOI) from suppliers who wish to bid for the opportunity to provide planned preventative and reactive maintenance for an initial 3 years (plus 2 x 12 month extensions) for their refrigeration equipment (fridges, freezers). Suppliers are required to express their interest (EOI stage) via the Procontract procurement portal (Proactis) under Opportunity Number DN586866. Any correspondence to the Authority's staff email address will be disregarded. Please log-in via the following link to EOI if already registered, or the link will also allow you to register and then express your interest. https://procontract.due-north.com/Login (https://procontract.due-north.com/Login) Please note that only suppliers who have expressed an interest will receive the invitation to tender (ITT) documentation following the closure of the expression of interest window. No documentation will be available until the ITT has been published.
