Notice Description

The Forestry Commission is inviting tenders for works to complete a wholesale refurbishment of a void property within the Thetford Forest. The general refurbishment of this 3 bedroom semi-detached property for rental purposes will include, new windows, thermal upgrades to building fabric, redecoration throughout, minor building fabric repairs and a complete electrical and mechanical installation for building services and heating system. Please express your interest in this tender to Simon Coombe at the East England District office by email by the 12th of December 2017 to allow us to notify you of any questions and answers we may receive. Additional information: Please Note: Product details within the specification documents should be considered as indicative and alternative products may be offered for consideration and approval but must meet quality and performance of the specified product.
