This tender is intended to obtain the best possible framework for the supply of Sketchbooks/Art and Craft Materials. The tender will be split into 2 lots as follows: Lot 1: Sketchbooks Lot 2: All other Art and Craft Materials Suppliers are invited to tender for one or both lots, please see guidance.
