Notice Description

The Rural Enterprise Programme will consist of grants to support SMEs to sympathetically convert under-utilised buildings, transforming them into productive workspaces that increase productivity and create jobs. See EU definition of SME https://ec.europa.eu/growth/smes/business-friendly-environment/sme-definition_en The programme is intended to target 50 businesses with an anticipated maximum grant of PS65000 per business. Grant Recipient SMEs will provide 60% of match funding. Total overall project funding available is PS2m. This notice is to alert the market to this opportunity. No further notices will be issued. The maximum grant will be PS65000 and as such this procurement is not subject to The Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Full details of the evaluation criteria and scoring mechanism are available in the Grant Application Forms. Additional information: Please note that the start date for this opportunity is 24/02/2017 and not 31/12/18 as shown in the Summary Information.
