Trivett Square is collection of inner city blocks of flats, built on a sloping site in 1998 with limited vehicular access. We would like contractors to review the attached documentation and then answer the following questions: Do you intend to tender? Please confirm if can work with the Eurocell Modus Slim product? If not, please detail your equivalent alternative product? Are you available to start spring/summer 2021? Have you appraised the site? Have you considered the site challenges stated in the enclosed Outline of Works document?
