Tower Hamlets Community Housing - Provision of Tree Management and Maintenance

Notice Description

Tower Hamlets Community Housing wish to appoint an experienced service provider to undertake tree management and maintenance at properties owned/managed by THCH. Full details related to the scope of services to be procured are included within Document B - Tender Requirements and Specification. It is intended that the contract established following the procurement will run for an initial term of three years, extendable for a further term of twenty-four months via two twelve-month extensions, to a maximum term of five years. Any extension will be at the discretion of THCH. The estimated contract value per annum is c.PS16,500 (exc VAT). The level of spend transacted via the resultant contract will be dependent upon the services/works identified/required during the contract term. Additional information: Procurement for Housing have been appointed by The Tower Hamlets Community Housing to facilitate this tendering exercise. Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No
