Notice Description
To 2 no. vacant industrial units: Construct internal partitions and ceilings to front of units. Supply and install new external entrance doorsets, heating systems, water supply, sanitaryware, internal drainage, and finishes. All to provide office space, accessible toilet, toilet and kitchenette. Decorate within new rooms and factory space. As Principal Contractor, co-ordinate programme to allow for electrical, fire systems and sectional door installations by others.
