Notice Description

The Gypsy Roma Traveller (GRT) floating support service will meet the accommodation and housing support needs of the GRT community within Durham County Council geographical area. The service will work in partnership with health, social care, housing and education departments and agencies across County Durham to promote support services and referrals into relevant VCSE organisations when the need is identified. This will include but is not limited to , other commissioned services, as well as health and adult services such as Social Care Direct and Community Mental Health Teams
